What you get with WordPress Development
WordPress is open-source software you install on a server to publish pages, posts and media. It is a content management system: several people can log in, edit, and publish without a developer for every comma. WordPress.org software is not the same product as a hosted WordPress.com plan; we will name which one you are buying.
This service suits companies, NGOs and publishers that need a real website they can update. It is the wrong default for a heavy custom operating system (see Laravel) and it is not automatically an online store—WooCommerce is a separate plugin that adds catalogue, cart and checkout on top of WordPress.
Security and updates are ongoing. A launch is not “hack-proof.” We can retain for updates, backups and plugin hygiene; we will not pretend a one-off build stays safe forever.
